Delta Link Livery Design Contest
Competition Login App — Terms of Service
Effective date: 8 October 2026
Operated jointly by Delta Region Transit (DRT) and The Ryan Railroad (TRR).
A Traditional Chinese translation follows for convenience. If the versions differ, the English version prevails.
1. Purpose
This application provides Discord sign-in and official-server membership verification solely for the Delta Link Livery Design Contest website. It is not a general-purpose Discord bot, account-management service, or service for unrelated competitions.
The competition website is hosted at the pages.dev address announced by the organisers. deltalink.clivaro.io is used only for contact email addresses, not website hosting.
2. Eligibility and account use
You must meet Discord's applicable minimum-age requirements and be permitted to use your account. Use only an account you control. Do not impersonate others, share login sessions, or use alternate accounts to bypass submission or voting limits.
3. Authorisation
Sign-in takes place through Discord's official authorisation flow. We do not ask for your Discord password, recovery codes, or account login token.
The app requests both identify and guilds.members.read. The first allows us to verify your Discord identity; the second allows us to retrieve your member information in the specified official competition server and verify membership for competition eligibility.
These permissions are used only for competition-related authentication and eligibility checks. They do not authorise us to read private messages, send messages on your behalf, or automatically join servers for you.
4. Competition rules
Submissions, design use, creator credit and voting are governed by the Contest Terms and Conditions and any published voting rules. Sign-in does not guarantee entry approval, voting eligibility, a prize or implementation.
5. Prohibited conduct
Do not manipulate votes, automate abusive requests, access others' records, exploit vulnerabilities or interfere with the service. Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to protect the competition or users. Entries and votes may be reviewed under the competition rules.
6. Availability
This limited-purpose service may be interrupted by maintenance, technical problems or third-party service availability. It may be retired after the competition and related administration are complete. Data will be handled according to the Privacy Policy.
7. Ending authorisation
You may revoke the app's authorisation through Discord. Revocation alone does not automatically delete collected records or necessarily end an existing website session. Contact us to request deletion where appropriate or termination of a session.
8. Updates and contact
Material changes will be communicated through the website or official competition announcements. General enquiries: support@deltalink.clivaro.io. Privacy requests: privacy@deltalink.clivaro.io.
This app is operated by DRT and TRR and is not an official Discord or Roblox service.
